Bicol artifacts in National Museum
Almost 20 years since I pay my last visit at the prestigious national museum of the Philippines, many changes and rearrangement has been done but still the presentation will leave you with awe and curious. The artifacts I stumbled upon came from the places I have been to, my favorite are those discovered by Robert Fox and Alfredo Evangelista in 1957, piece of Albay history, the shell scallop and shaped stone in Bacacay. Another big find is a stone tablet with Baybayin (ancient native writings) found in Masbate. The bikol writing dubbed as "basahan" is where my new watermark is written.
The museum can be found northern part of Rizal park just across Manila city hall.

MOON HALOTo those who are seeing this event now, Don't panic! Its not the end of the world yet.Enjoy the moment because it is just a natural phenomenon, it happens when the moonshine at the ice crystals/tiny droplets in the thin sheets of clouds, just like how the rainbow works on daytime.
Prepare your umbrellas because there is a big possibility to rain within 24 hours. Incidentally there is a low pressure area in Mindanao that brings heavy rains added by Northwest moonsoon "Amihan" affecting eastern section of Luzon.
By the way, the bright star near the ring is Planet Jupiter.
