MOON HALO
To those who are seeing this event now, Don't panic! Its not the end of the world yet.
Enjoy the moment because it is just a natural phenomenon, it happens when the moonshine at the ice crystals/tiny droplets in the thin sheets of clouds, just like how the rainbow works on daytime.
Prepare your umbrellas because there is a big possibility to rain within 24 hours. Incidentally there is a low pressure area in Mindanao that brings heavy rains added by Northwest moonsoon "Amihan" affecting eastern section of Luzon.
By the way, the bright star near the ring is Planet Jupiter.
