Cagraray Island had a breathtaking view of the sea and nearby mountains that formerly can be enjoyed onboard a Cable Car, unfortunately since the typhoon Reming the facility no longer operates.
It should be the rival of Hongkong's cable car. The long lost forgotten tourist attraction is like a lonely toy left behind by his grown up owner. As per the personnels, they are just waiting for the turn over to the Bacacay municipality which we all doubt will happen in the near future.
Nevertheless, if you want to spend your lazy afternoon gazing the picturesque landscape or just chill out with friends overlooking the historic Sula channel and Albay gulf just spend a 30 minutes drive from Legazpi and I assure you the travel will worth it.
